Requirements
- •Experience scaling sales functions from zero-to-one phase
- •Experience setting up CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce and workflows
- •Understanding of consultative sales for high-trust professional services
- •Digital fluency across the Web3 stack (Telegram, Signal, Discord)
- •Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity
- •Ability to work collaboratively with US/EU time zones with 4+ hours overlap
- •Proficiency in modern sales operations tools (CRM automation, data reporting) and communication tools (Slack, G-Suite)
What You'll Do
- •Manage key strategic accounts directly and build trust with founders and CTOs to secure high-value partnerships
- •Design the sales infrastructure including hiring rubrics, pricing models, and sales playbooks
- •Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the Product team
- •Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the leadership team
