Requirements
- •Experience scaling marketing functions from zero to one
- •Strong product marketing fundamentals including defining ICPs, building messaging architectures, and shipping GTM programs
- •Ability to translate highly technical subject matter into language for different buyer audiences
- •Experience in high-ownership roles at turnaround, rebuild, or early stage startup environments
- •Strong written communication skills and ability to produce and oversee high-stakes public messaging
- •3+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in token marketing or Web3 ecosystem growth
- •Comfortable with Web3 stack (Telegram, Discord, X) and understanding of token-based network effects and community psychology
- •Background in crypto audits, cybersecurity, blockchain infrastructure, or developer tools marketing
- •Established network in the Web3 ecosystem
- •Hands-on experience in content programs, PR execution, and event marketing
- •Must maintain 4+ hours of daily overlap with US/EU business hours
What You'll Do
- •Build AI-powered marketing systems and infrastructure including agent-based workflows, automation systems, and reporting infrastructure
- •Own go-to-market strategy for core products such as Managed Triage and Bug Bounty Program Subscriptions
- •Define ideal customer profiles and build messaging architecture
- •Translate complex technical security value into resonant language for founders, protocol teams, and enterprise buyers
- •Lead positioning, narrative, and community engagement for the IMU token
- •Activate security researchers, partners, and communities to build network effects and grow the ecosystem
