Requirements
- •4+ years of project management experience
- •Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- •Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- •Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- •Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
What You'll Do
- •Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
- •Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- •Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements
- •Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
- •Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions
- •Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management
Nice to Have
- •hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
- •proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
