Requirements
- •4+ years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation
- •Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users
- •Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects
- •Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes
- •Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes
- •Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
What You'll Do
- •Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring project goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget
- •Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- •Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements
- •Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
- •Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations
- •Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog
- •Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption
- •Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions

- •Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- •Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt
