Requirements
- •3+ years building production systems
- •2+ years in a lead/ownership role
- •Experience running production systems including CI/CD, Docker, monitoring, and incident management
- •Deep understanding of RBAC, session/auth flows, and security basics (OWASP-minded)
- •Comfortable with async/event-driven patterns: queues, schedulers, retries, idempotency
- •Clear documentation skills and good tradeoffs
- •Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
- •Fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian language
- •Experience with .net
- •Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
- •Experience with OpenAPI 3, GitHub Actions
- •Experience with queues and scheduling tools such as SQS, EventBridge/Lambda, or Celery
What You'll Do
- •Define architecture and standards
- •Deliver features end to end
- •Raise the bar for reliability, security, and delivery speed
- •Harden CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- •Build/test containers and deploy via Helm to AWS (EKS or ECS)
- •Add lightweight bot protection such as rate limits, IP allowlists, and abuse detection hooks
- •Monitor latency/error budgets via CloudWatch and Grafana, structured logging, tracing
- •Performance tuning including DB indexes, caching strategy, queue throughput, API response times
- •Own architecture decisions with a pragmatic approach
- •Drive code quality through reviews, standards, branching/release hygiene, definition of done
- •Break down work, estimate reliably, unblock the team, align with PM/BA on scope
- •Mentor engineers and set a strong engineering culture around clarity and ownership
Nice to Have
- •Background in RPA, UiPath, browser automation, or similar automation-heavy environments
- •Experience with AI / ML / LLM-enabled products, data extraction, or workflow automation
- •Python backend experience (FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
