Requirements
- •5-8+ years in HR or People Operations including experience as a Senior HR generalist or People lead
- •Experience in startups or SMB companies
- •Experience with remote and/or distributed teams strongly preferred
- •Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- •Strong operational and organizational skills with attention to detail
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Experience engaging senior leadership and company-wide audiences
What You'll Do
- •Serve as the primary People partner to leadership and employees
- •Partner with executive stakeholders to define, execute, and track People strategy
- •Advise leadership on organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling best practices
- •Own and evolve performance management processes including goal-setting, feedback, and review cycles
- •Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and navigating complex team dynamics
- •Support and manage employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion
- •Design and refine hiring processes to ensure efficient, high-quality candidate experience and alignment with company values
- •Partner with hiring managers and Operations Associate on recruiting and hiring
- •Engage with employees to maintain pulse on engagement, morale, and organizational health
- •Build and implement scalable programs such as 90-day onboarding and new manager training
- •Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and company culture
