What You'll Do
- •Take part in governance meetings to track integration performance and identify issues early
- •Help troubleshoot and resolve integration problems with internal teams
- •Support onboarding of new insurers and financial providers including setup, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
- •Keep integration documentation organised, accurate, and easy to use
- •Work closely with Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Carrier Partnerships teams to share updates and capture new requirements
- •Proactively identify ways to improve integration management and processes
Nice to Have
- •Exposure to financial services, fintech, or insurtech
- •Basic familiarity with APIs, scripting, or software development concepts
- •Experience documenting processes or technical information
- •Project coordination or task management experience
