Requirements
- •A strong portfolio showing thoughtful, high-quality brand work across digital surfaces
- •Excellent visual craft across typography, composition, hierarchy, and art direction
- •Ability to build systems, not just one-off assets
- •Comfort shipping polished work using AI, no-code or low-code tools
- •Strong taste and clear point of view, with the judgement to know when to push and when to simplify
- •Attention to detail and a high bar for quality and consistency
- •Strong communication and experience collaborating across departments
- •Experience building brands in a startup environment
What You'll Do
- •Shape and evolve Kota’s visual identity across key brand touchpoints
- •Design and ship brand experiences across web, launches, social, campaigns, sales materials, and other marketing surfaces
- •Translate strategic ideas and messaging into clear, compelling visual systems
- •Build a consistent brand language across layout, typography, imagery, motion, and tone
- •Work closely with marketing to create assets that are effective, coherent, and on-brand
- •Collaborate with product design to ensure stronger alignment between brand expression and product experience
- •Contribute to the development of templates, guidelines, and reusable systems that make the brand easier to scale
- •Raise the overall quality bar of how Kota looks and feels across the company
