Requirements
- •Experience with investment, pension, or wealth-management systems
- •Product leadership background (founder, PM/EM hybrid, or senior engineer turned lead)
- •Analytical mindset and comfort with financial and regulatory data
- •Track record of shipping user-facing financial products end-to-end
- •Clear communicator who can align commercial, technical, and design perspectives
What You'll Do
- •Shape and ship new pension, savings, and investment features for employers and employees
- •Lead integrations with pension and investment providers, including master trusts bundling life or income protection cover
- •Build transparency for users — contributions, balances, and performance insights
- •Work with finance, compliance, and design to ensure accuracy and simplicity in equal measure
- •Coach engineers and designers to deliver high-impact, well-scoped cycles
