Requirements
- •8+ years delivering end-to-end product design with a portfolio showing shipped, high-impact mobile and web work

- •Use customer insights and performance data to refine growth and engagement strategy
- •Lead design reviews, seek feedback, give clear direction, and raise team-wide standards
- •Design high-fidelity interactive experiences using prototyping
- •Apply AI thoughtfully in the design process to accelerate exploration and improve experience quality
