Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- •Background at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) strongly preferred
- •Strong generalist mindset with the ability to move across strategy, finance, product, and operations
- •Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure strongly preferred
- •Strong structured problem-solving skills
- •Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership
- •Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- •Passion for fintech, capital markets, and the evolution of financial infrastructure
What You'll Do
- •Drive the business forward across product, commercial, operational, and regulatory fronts
- •Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and structural weaknesses and fix them
- •Operate as a co-owner of the xStocks and Equities business
- •Own high-impact cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution
- •Step into ambiguous or under-owned areas and bring clarity, structure, and momentum
- •Support strategy, market positioning and GTM with rigorous analysis
- •Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure coordinated execution
- •Improve operating cadence, decision quality, and accountability across teams
- •Support market expansion initiatives and new strategic opportunities
- •Help grow the business – not just measure it
