Requirements
- •4+ years of product management experience
- •2+ years experience on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening
- •Working knowledge of AML programme examination and regulatory questions
- •Technical fluency to understand data flows and system design
- •Track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that changed operations
- •Clear and concise writing skills for PRDs, phase plans, audit walkthroughs and executive updates
- •Good judgement in managing stakeholder expectations and timelines
What You'll Do
- •Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end, sequence and defend it, and re-sequence it when needed
- •Define 'done' before build starts, write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria, and hold the line on scope changes
- •Get requirements before engineering starts, build intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management
- •Understand and reconcile policy and SOPs against investigator workflows and system capabilities
- •Understand and challenge the pipeline including ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation
- •Make auditability a first-class requirement including audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation
- •Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls for Compliance, IT and privacy audits
- •Run the operating rhythm including shared forums, stakeholder updates, and unified delivery status
Nice to Have
- •Direct FIU experience such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators
- •Crypto or digital-asset experience including blockchain analytics or wallet-level transaction analysis
- •Experience shipping AI or ML into regulated investigative workflows with control design
- •Experience with build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling
- •Experience with programmes spanning multiple jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US)
