Requirements
- •8–12 years of experience with roots in strategy consulting and operational execution in-house
- •Experience in scaling fintech, bank, or crypto firm in roles like special projects, chief of staff, operations strategy, business/product operations, or operations lead
- •Experience running or supporting B2B or B2B2C business in tech including platform teams
- •Ability to go deep into product mechanics and work closely with Product and Engineering
- •Working familiarity with US regulated financial landscape and supervision/examination processes
- •Experience setting up or working with compliance programs including KYC/KYB onboarding
- •Track record of running complex cross-functional programs without formal authority
- •Structured and rigorous on governance and controls but avoids bureaucracy
- •Excellent communication skills across regulators, boards, engineers, and commercial partners
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and broad remit with ownership focus
What You'll Do
- •Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products including KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs
- •Gate go-lives against regulatory and operational requirements and build scalable operations
- •Drive cross-functional execution on roadmap milestones, compliance deliverables, and infrastructure work
- •Run day-to-day operations across US regulated entities including licensing maintenance, operational risk and incident management, audit and examination readiness, and reporting
- •Lead operational work behind US licensing workstreams including state money transmitter and lending licenses
- •Serve as operational counterpart to regulators and examiners alongside Legal and Compliance
- •Represent operational side of US regulated entities in board, regulatory, and executive discussions
- •Define core metrics, improve systems, and elevate regulated B2B product operations
Nice to Have
- •Hands-on experience supporting or leading a regulatory-change program end to end
- •Crypto or digital-assets experience including regulated product launches and crypto-native operations
- •Former founder, GM, or early operations hire at a fintech or crypto startup
