What You'll Do
- •Shape and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for your area, translating company goals and customer needs into a prioritised, outcomes-driven roadmap
- •Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, marketing, and operations — leading through influence to ship high-quality products with pace and conviction
- •Own your product area end-to-end, making prioritisation calls on features and improvements based on customer insight, market signals, and business objectives
- •Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through to launch, post-launch iteration, and long-term ownership
- •Synthesise market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the crypto space
- •Partner with stakeholders across the business to define product requirements and align on priorities, balancing speed with strategic intent
- •Present product strategy, performance insights, and data-driven investment recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and conviction
- •Define, track, and report on product performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and hold yourself accountable to outcomes
