Requirements
- •Expert-level proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and Figma
- •Deep hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, Synthesia
- •Strong understanding of performance marketing creative and platform-native creative differences
- •Proven ability to produce high-quality video, static, and motion creative across multiple formats, markets, and languages at speed
- •Strong design fundamentals including typography, composition, hierarchy, and colour
- •Self-driven and motivated to constantly explore, learn, and experiment with emerging tech
- •Sharp creative instincts backed by data-driven iteration
- •Skilled at storytelling through motion, audio, and design with obsessive attention to detail
- •Thrives as a pure individual contributor owning creative output end-to-end

What You'll Do
- •Own end-to-end creative production for every performance marketing channel Breakout runs - video, static, motion, carousel, display, CTV, everything
- •Develop, edit, and produce 30+ performance marketing creatives per month, tailored to platform, audience, and market
- •Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Brand, Content, and regional teams to turn ideas and tests into shipped assets fast
- •Work directly with Payward’s (Kraken’s) performance marketing team to trade creative insights and share AI-native workflows
- •Leverage AI creative tools as a core part of workflow
- •Design static and motion ad creatives that perform across multiple platforms
- •Build scalable templates, style systems, and localisation workflows
- •Partner with Performance Marketing and Analytics to run creative A/B tests and iterate based on performance data
- •Maintain brand consistency across every asset, channel, and region
- •Stay ahead on AI creative advancements, generative tools, emerging ad formats, and platform-native creative trends
- •Be scrappy and resourceful, shipping multiple tests rather than polishing one asset
- •Train the team on new tools, techniques, and workflows
- •Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Nice to Have
- •Experience with 3D and motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine)
- •Experience producing creative for CTV, long-form ad formats, and YouTube
- •Familiarity with sound design, AI voiceover, and localisation workflows at scale
- •Prior work on affiliate and partner-driven performance campaigns
