Requirements
- •5+ years of experience at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally in a Revenue Operations, Systems, or similar role
- •Expert experience with GTM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent CRMs
- •Experience with Clay, Cargo, or similar enrichment and workflow tools
- •Experience with Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms
- •Experience with Pocus or other product and revenue analytics tools
- •Experience with automation and AI
- •Comfortable oscillating between detailed system work and higher-level thinking about process, scale, and outcomes
- •Ability to operate in ambiguity, adjust priorities as the business evolves, and make pragmatic decisions with good judgment and common sense
- •Strong partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes
What You'll Do
- •Own and evolve GTM systems to support sales, success, and marketing as the company scales
- •Increase productivity of customer-facing teams through automation, AI, and process improvement
- •Help the business make data-informed decisions through analysis and discussion
- •Work cross-functionally with functional leaders to align on priorities, communicate plans, and ensure GTM systems support company goals
