Requirements
- •Experience building products for financial institutions or regulated financial infrastructure
- •Understanding of risk, compliance, controls, SLAs, procurement
- •Proven product excellence with experience taking a product from 0 to PMF or scaling through inflection
- •Fluency in traditional finance including banking, payments, capital markets
- •Technical fluency with ability to discuss architecture, tradeoffs, and implementation details
- •Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy or execution
- •Deep understanding of blockchain mechanics, Web3 dev tools, onchain protocols, and ability to translate Web3 concepts to non-crypto audiences
What You'll Do
- •Customer discovery to understand workflows, constraints, motivations, and pains
- •Synthesize customer learnings, roadmap, sales requests, and engineering priorities into a sequenced plan
- •Own outcomes from needs identification to solution delivery with real-world impact
- •Define what to build and why, identify and reconcile tradeoffs
- •Introduce and own metrics for tracking and iteration
- •Support sales enablement by reviewing sales collaterals and joining calls
- •Incorporate institutional requirements into product decisions from day one
- •Proactively unblock cross-functional blockers in tech, sales, and marketing
