Requirements

•More than 5 years of experience delivering service and support within a rapidly scaling, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
•Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer stakeholders including executive-level contacts
•Strong technical aptitude to understand complex solutions and analyze customer data
•Collaborative, curious, and creative mindset
•Open to travel up to 25%
•Experience in industries such as Identity Verification, Document Verification, or Fraud Protection

•Drive deep product adoption by synthesizing customer data into actionable insights correlating usage data with customer business goals to ensure measurable ROI
•Act as an advisor by aligning Microblink’s evolving roadmap with the customer’s long-term objectives and serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' internally
•Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships and conduct strategic business reviews focusing on KPIs important to customer leadership
•Develop a clear understanding of Microblink’s identity and intelligence solutions and translate technical updates into clear business value
•Drive advocacy, adoption, and growth activities by understanding core markets/verticals and business use cases
•Proactively manage the commercial health of your book of business including securing renewals and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
•Own the lifecycle of the customer with focus on KPIs including Gross Retention, Net Retention, CSQLs, and NPS/CSAT
