Requirements
- •Prior Account Executive or Sales Consulting experience
- •Proven track record in closing deals
- •Experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company or similar consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup
- •Knowledge of B2B sales, challenger sale, and questions-based selling
- •Curiosity and empathy to listen and understand clients' drivers
- •Resilience to overcome obstacles, rejection, and failures
- •Results orientation and mindset focused on performance and progress
- •Ambitious character with high personal standards
- •Get-it-done attitude to find solutions and stay motivated
- •Interest in the Creator Economy
- •At least 4 working hours overlapping with GMT+3 daily
- •Comfortable working in US time zones
- •Excellent written and verbal English skills
- •Strong written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
What You'll Do
- •Manage time effectively and prioritize work to focus on high-impact tasks
- •Conduct deep customer discovery and understand each buyer's personality and business goals
- •Create awareness of the importance of influencer marketing strategy and uniqueness of the solution
- •Gain control over the sales cycle and maintain close contact with customers during the sales cycle
- •Deliver effective discussions to help buyers determine if Modash fits their marketing goals
- •Report internally and analyze success and plans of action
- •Innovate and automate a data-driven SaaS sales process to enhance customer experience
