    Requirements

    • Prior Account Executive or Sales Consulting experience
    • Proven track record in closing deals
    • Experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company or similar consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup
    • Knowledge of B2B sales, challenger sale, and questions-based selling
    • Curiosity and empathy to listen and understand clients' drivers
    • Resilience to overcome obstacles, rejection, and failures
    • Results orientation and mindset focused on performance and progress
    • Ambitious character with high personal standards
    • Get-it-done attitude to find solutions and stay motivated
    • Interest in the Creator Economy
    • At least 4 working hours overlapping with GMT+3 daily
    • Comfortable working in US time zones
    • Excellent written and verbal English skills
    • Strong written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration

    What You'll Do

    • Manage time effectively and prioritize work to focus on high-impact tasks
    • Conduct deep customer discovery and understand each buyer's personality and business goals
    • Create awareness of the importance of influencer marketing strategy and uniqueness of the solution
    • Gain control over the sales cycle and maintain close contact with customers during the sales cycle
    • Deliver effective discussions to help buyers determine if Modash fits their marketing goals
    • Report internally and analyze success and plans of action
    • Innovate and automate a data-driven SaaS sales process to enhance customer experience

    • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
