Requirements
- •Track record closing marquee deals in fintech, payments and/or traditional finance sectors
- •Deep curiosity about stablecoins, payments, and the intersection of crypto and fintech
- •Strong network or demonstrated ability to build one quickly in crypto and fintech circles
- •Excellent communicator and storyteller who can move between technical and business contexts
- •Comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously
- •Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
What You'll Do
- •Identify, engage, and onboard key ecosystem partners including fintechs, PSPs, banks, and stablecoin issuers
- •Structure and negotiate agreements that drive adoption of Monad as a global settlement payments layer
- •Collaborate on launch strategy, including the marketing narrative, landing page, and early customer integrations
- •Evangelize Monad to the broader crypto and fintech communities through events, partnerships, and strategic outreach
- •Rapidly get up the curve on stablecoins, payments, and settlements to inform strategy and execution
