Requirements
- •6-10 years of experience in financial institution partnerships, institutional business development, management consulting with financial services focus, or crypto infrastructure company experience.
- •Direct exposure to how large financial institutions evaluate, procure, and adopt new technology infrastructure.
- •Existing relationships within financial institutions, consulting firms, or the broader institutional crypto ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- •Build and manage a structured pipeline of target financial institutions including banks, exchanges, clearing houses, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers.
- •Develop deep, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers at major financial institutions focused on blockchain strategy, digital assets, and infrastructure decisions.
- •Cultivate internal champions within each target institution to build coalitions for institutional decisions.
- •Develop and execute an advisor and influencer strategy engaging consulting firms, advisors, and intermediaries influencing financial institutions' chain selection.
- •Maintain a real-time view of institutions evaluating competing chains and develop positioning for Monad as the better fit.
- •Build Monad's presence in forums, working groups, and industry bodies related to institutional blockchain strategy.
- •Develop and maintain Monad's institutional narrative articulating why Monad is the right infrastructure partner for financial institutions.
- •Own the operational cadence of institutional communications including drafting ecosystem updates, preparing materials, and maintaining outreach rhythm.
- •Monitor sentiment across institutional channels and surface shifts in perception with context and recommended responses.
- •Support development and refinement of Monad's institutional narrative for clear stakeholder understanding.
- •Manage logistics and follow-through of institutional relationships to prevent operational gaps.
