Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or similar cross-collaborative role at a technology start-up
- •Strong interest and desire to learn about blockchain technology and crypto industry
- •Technical competency with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Experience in leadership and/or management with technical teams and diverse stakeholders
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- •Ability to navigate, evaluate, and implement processes, frameworks, and approaches for maximal efficiency
What You'll Do
- •Collaborate with leadership to identify key priorities and spearhead delivery of special projects and initiatives
- •Establish and track metrics for progress, completion, and success
- •Manage project timelines, resources, and team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- •Drive internal alignment across business, operational, and technical teams
- •Facilitate communication and coordination
- •Manage meetings and discussions
- •Escalate blockers and drive decision-making and resolutions
