Requirements
- •Proven leadership experience in Trust & Safety or Fraud functions in high-growth fintech or crypto companies
- •Extensive experience managing multi-tiered teams and scaling operations via external Managed Service Providers
- •Experience managing fraud across B2B partners and participating in global fraud intelligence networks
- •Demonstrated ability to use AI/ML insights to improve operational performance and automate complex workflows
- •Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Payments, and Compliance teams
- •Strong understanding of identity verification, payment risk (ACH, Card, Open Banking), and blockchain forensics
What You'll Do
- •Lead operational teams across Fraud Operations, Fraud Investigations, Dispute Operations, Brand Risk, and Incident Management
- •Act as a core partner to Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Payments teams to embed Safety by Design into product development
- •Leverage AI and machine learning to improve fraud lifecycle stages and automate investigative support
- •Define requirements for AI-driven risk-engine logic for automated threat containment
- •Create and scale rule sets for Identity (KYC), Authentication (ATO), and Payment movement policies
- •Manage operational health and unit economics of safety including cost-per-decision optimization
- •Manage the MoonPay Fraud Partner Program and global partner ecosystem
- •Direct external service providers (BPO) to scale execution work with quality calibration and optimized economics
