Requirements
- •Ability to prioritize projects
- •An understanding of IT Engineering best practices and how to implement them
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- •Excellent communication skills
- •5+ years of JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems
- •Experience with Fivetrans, Workato or similar platforms
- •Experience with Scripting (i.e. Bash, Python, Powershell)
- •Proficient in SQL and understand the basics of data warehousing concepts
- •Experience with Cloud (GCP / AWS) and IaC (Terraform)
- •Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box when complex problems arise
- •Experience with SIEM platforms such as Datadog, Splunk or Google Chronicle
- •Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise
- •Basic coding skills, such as HTML, CSS and other languages
- •Familiarity with web related technologies and network/web related protocols
- •Domestic and International travel may be possible
What You'll Do
- •Build, support and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio
- •Build and maintain custom applications in our iPaas platform to support the automation of workstreams
- •Responsible for Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom) and iPaaS (Workato, Fivetrans)
- •Develop IT Engineering best practices and policies for the organization
- •Prepare and document standard operating procedures
- •Respond to and lead IT responses for incidents
- •Evangelize the adoption of new tools
- •Escalation point for members of the IT Organization
- •Test, implement and improve/maintain IT systems and controls
- •Engineer, implement and monitor IT systems and controls
- •Identify and define IT system requirements
- •Prepare and document standard operating procedures and playbooks
