Requirements
- •5+ years of design experience
- •3+ years in a Senior Designer role or higher within an agency setting
- •Passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery
- •Experience presenting work and interfacing with clients
- •Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- •Ability to communicate ideas clearly
- •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
What You'll Do
- •Lead branding projects including research, trends and competitor analysis, and identifying whitespace opportunities
- •Define and develop innovative, compelling and interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients
- •Establish design systems and style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography and videography
- •Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client-facing reviews
- •Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior in relation to interaction, 3D, and motion
- •Design new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms including web, mobile, presentations
- •Apply a user-centric design approach considering accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling
- •Design interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP
- •Work closely with Design Directors, Creative Directors, Senior Designers, Illustrators, Motion Designers, and Design Leadership to ensure design integrity and brand alignment
Nice to Have
- •Experience designing and animating 2D & 3D objects, characters, props, and environments
- •Experience working with crypto, NFTs, blockchain technology and Web3
- •Experience with project management
