Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in treasury, financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets, banking, or another highly regulated and financially complex environment
- •At least 2 years of experience working with digital assets or stablecoins
- •Hands-on experience with digital asset treasury operations including stablecoin reserve management, custody and wallet considerations, and exchange or on-chain counterparty risk
- •Advanced expertise in liquidity and capital management, treasury risk management, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- •Strong knowledge of financial regulation especially banking, payments, money transmission, digital asset and stablecoin frameworks
- •Experience evaluating treasury implications of regulatory or market expansion
- •Ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders while operating with autonomy and ambiguity
What You'll Do
- •Partner closely with the Treasurer to develop and execute treasury strategy
- •Lead liquidity and capital management activities including forecasting and optimizing capital deployment
- •Support regulatory and geographic expansion assessing treasury implications and regulatory requirements
- •Oversee treasury analysis, scenario modelling, and reporting for senior stakeholders
- •Provide senior oversight of trading-related treasury activities including counterparty risk assessment
- •Build scalable treasury infrastructure, controls, processes, and external partnerships
