Requirements
- •3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across configuration and integrations
- •Experience across multiple Workday modules; Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning
- •Strong experience with Workday integrations (e.g. APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio or similar tools)
- •Comfortable owning both system operations and technical improvements end-to-end
- •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently
- •Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into effective system solutions
What You'll Do
- •Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations including business processes, reporting, and issue resolution across the employee lifecycle
- •Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems (e.g. Finance, Payroll, IT tools)
- •Configure and optimise Workday modules to support evolving business needs while maintaining system integrity
- •Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual processes
- •Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- •Support Workday bi-annual releases including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionality
