Requirements

•5+ years working in tech
•2+ years in Developer Relations
•Experience building community across channels like Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, blogs, meetups, public speaking & events
•Identify as a teacher, learner, builder, doer, mentor and communicator
•Empathetic, inclusive, warm, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping people
•Passionate about automation, no code and/or open source

•Interact with a community of automation, no code, and open source enthusiasts daily
•Offer advocacy, support, education, and build relationships with active community members
•Create and implement plans to build, enable and nurture the community
•Design and implement tactics such as events, meetups, livestreams, videos, blogs, courses, social media and partnerships
•Represent the community's needs internally and externally, gather feedback and collaborate with engineering, product and marketing teams
•Develop network of partners and explore partnership and co-marketing opportunities
•Monitor success metrics and adjust initiatives accordingly
