    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar)
    • Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products
    • Track record of being in the top 10% of sales team performers
    • Proven outbound sales experience (hunter mindset)
    • Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline
    • Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment
    • Based in Boston (with monthly travels to NYC) or New York (hybrid 2-3 days per week) and open to traveling

    What You'll Do

    • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, focusing on mid-market accounts
    • Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs) and guide them through the evaluation process
    • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline
    • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the product and ensure smooth onboarding
    • Refine and shape the US sales motion, optimizing playbooks and strategies
    • Be a key voice in the US expansion and help build the foundation for future growth

    • Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage
