Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar)
- •Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products
- •Track record of being in the top 10% of sales team performers
- •Proven outbound sales experience (hunter mindset)
- •Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline
- •Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations
- •Entrepreneurial mindset
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment
- •Based in Boston (with monthly travels to NYC) or New York (hybrid 2-3 days per week) and open to traveling
What You'll Do
- •Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, focusing on mid-market accounts
- •Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs) and guide them through the evaluation process
- •Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline
- •Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the product and ensure smooth onboarding
- •Refine and shape the US sales motion, optimizing playbooks and strategies
- •Be a key voice in the US expansion and help build the foundation for future growth
