Requirements
- •6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering role, ideally within B2B SaaS
- •Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- •Understanding of sales processes and ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
- •Strong relationship building skills with clients, especially infrastructure teams
- •Hands-on experience with API integrations, OAuth, authentication/authorization concepts
- •Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for scripting, integrations, or demos
- •Knowledge of containerization and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes)
- •Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices including integrating applications into CI/CD pipelines
- •Understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and observability concepts
- •Solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and common cloud services
- •Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments
- •Willingness to travel occasionally for onboarding sessions
What You'll Do
- •Lead Enterprise technical discovery, deep-dive calls, and tailored demos addressing security, scalability, and reliability requirements
- •Partner with Account Executives to assess technical fit, shape deal strategy, and handle technical objections
- •Own Enterprise proofs of concept end-to-end, from scoping success criteria to hands-on technical guidance
- •Help customers validate product in real-world conditions and capture learnings to improve qualification and conversion
- •Build strong relationships with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders
- •Explain product's approach to security, deployment, governance, and scale
- •Collaborate with Sales to improve technical discovery, demos, and POC frameworks
- •Provide structured feedback from Enterprise customers to Product and Engineering and contribute to enablement materials
Nice to Have
- •Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI/LLM platforms including LLMs, RAG, agents, and orchestration frameworks
- •Experience integrating AI capabilities into workflows or customer-facing solutions
- •Exposure to ML infrastructure or AI-enabled automation platforms
- •Advanced technical background such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- •Active engagement in technical communities or open-source projects
- •Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation, integration, or iPaaS tools
- •Data-driven mindset comfortable with collecting, analyzing, and using data to improve pre-sales processes and customer outcomes
