    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar)
    • Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products
    • Top performer with a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team
    • Hunter mindset with proven track record in outbound sales
    • Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline (currently 100% inbound)
    • Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment
    • Based in Boston or New York and open to traveling

    What You'll Do

    • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts (<2,500 employees | $40k-$60k land deals | 3 months sales cycle on average)
    • Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process
    • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based
    • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding
    • Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies
    • Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth

    • Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage
