    Requirements

    • 5+ years frontline enterprise sales management experience
    • Deep practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology
    • Fluency in strategic deal management including qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment
    • Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders
    • Experience coaching and developing sales talent
    • Skilled at multi-stakeholder navigation including technical and economic buyers
    • Based on the West Coast US, preferably Bay Area, with willingness to be on-site with customers
    • Experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and develop a West Coast Enterprise sales team with hands-on coaching
    • Drive deal strategy and execution across complex enterprise sales cycles
    • Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC)
    • Build a strategic selling culture focused on multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution
    • Orchestrate executive engagement across West Coast accounts
    • Prioritize and manage the West Coast enterprise territory balancing new logo and expansion plays
    • Run high-quality deal reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
    • Hire, onboard, and scale the sales team
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging, strengthen playbook, and remove sales process friction

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with open-source or product-led growth (PLG) models
    • Background in developer or infrastructure SaaS including DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, or adjacent categories
    • Startup experience with evolving playbooks and building structure
    • Strong operational skills in forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven coaching
