Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in the internet or Web3 industry, with at least 3 years focused on Public Chain or Layer 2 ecosystem growth.
- •Deep involvement in the early-stage or high-growth phase of a public chain or protocol ecosystem.
- •Strong understanding of public blockchain ecosystem structures and token incentive design.
- •Excellent business development capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- •Global mindset with experience expanding into international markets preferred.
- •Proven experience managing teams of 20+ members; results-driven with strong execution capabilities.
- •Fluent in English; candidates with established international industry networks are preferred.
What You'll Do
- •Develop and execute the overall ecosystem growth strategy for the public blockchain, driving sustained expansion across developers, project teams, and users.
- •Build and scale a global developer growth framework, including but not limited to hackathons, grant programs, accelerators, and community operations.
- •Attract high-quality applications and leading projects in key verticals to establish a diversified and robust ecosystem.
- •Design and optimize ecosystem incentive mechanisms, including developer incentives, liquidity incentives, and on-chain campaigns.
- •Increase on-chain activity and user retention, and lead the creation of flagship ecosystem growth initiatives.
- •Establish a comprehensive ecosystem data analytics framework to continuously refine and optimize growth strategies based on insights.
- •Lead and manage Ecosystem BD, DevRel, and Growth Operations teams to enhance organizational efficiency and execution.
- •Represent the public blockchain externally in industry partnerships and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and industry influence.
