Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Take AI-native internal audit products to regulator-grade production standard and beyond
- •Drive AI Enablement across the audit department
- •Own real-time dashboards for Chief Audit Executive and board reporting
- •Develop computer-assisted audit technique (CAAT) and continuous-monitoring surfaces for auditors
- •Build and maintain agentic, AI-powered applications to improve audit team efficiency
- •Deploy, debug, and hotfix engineering stacks in a two-person team
- •Propose, prove, and adopt better tools and technologies as needed
Nice to Have
- •Experience with model tooling across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google ecosystems
- •Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and plugin development
- •Experience with agent-based applications
- •Experience with business-intelligence and analytics tooling
