Requirements
- •Must have experience or interest in investing in Cryptos or DeFi

- •An ability to work in an agile development environment with cross-functional partners
What You'll Do
- •Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys
- •Generate ideas quickly, and connect regularly with customers to validate directions
- •Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings
- •Own end-to-end design quality, which includes advocating for UX craft and users
- •Contribute to the product development process, influencing strategic decisions improve the overall product experience, and ensure consistency
- •Partner with content designers, visual designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers across markets to build and ship experiences that represent the company vision
- •Work across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
