Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Design product growth strategies with a focus on user growth
- •Optimize the entire funnel of user acquisition -> activation -> retention through data analysis
- •Deeply understand the business logic of DeFi/NFT/Staking, as well as the underlying technology logic of blockchain, and collaborate with the technical team to advance the implementation of on-chain innovative scenarios
- •Build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics such as DAU/MAU and conversion rates
- •Potentially lead and grow the web3 team growth
