What You'll Do
- •Discover new markets and revenue opportunities and innovate new products to address market needs
- •Act as an internal champion to build consensus and influence senior management for new product ideas
- •Identify, define, implement and instrument market research, product design, product implementation and product release processes
- •Define, build and scale payment systems that power money movement globally
- •Define and manage product roadmaps and features including user experience and integration with local and international payment providers
- •Proactively manage risk associated with the product
- •Track KPIs and drive growth of product features
- •Collaborate with designers, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, marketing, customer support and finance to align on product roadmap and deliverables
- •Own payment products such as ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FAST, PIX
- •Develop roadmap, backlogs, and iterations to hit goals and KPIs
- •Outline features and technical integration requirements
- •Work with product designers, content writers, data analysts and engineers to bring product to life
- •Verify squad deliverables and align customer support teams and stakeholders for feature releases
- •Manage product dashboard by tracking product data metrics
- •Drive adoption and usage of products working closely with marketing and risk teams
- •Monitor customer friction and voice of customer to optimize product experience
- •Ensure effective internal tools are in place for new product launches
