    Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years of People and Business Partner experience in dynamic, fast-paced organizations
    • Organizational design expertise with experience partnering through significant org design changes
    • Deep knowledge of HR programs, coaching, facilitation, performance management, and employee relations
    • Experience partnering with globally distributed teams across Americas and EMEA
    • Proven success in developing strong trusting relationships
    • Ability to build trust with stakeholders through openness and transparency
    • Comfortable managing change in fast-changing entrepreneurial environments
    • Strong communication skills and executive presence
    • Experience designing and running strategic people programs with a product mindset
    • Ability to embed AI tools to automate administrative tasks in people partnering
    • Reliable home internet connection
    • Fluent in written and spoken English

    What You'll Do

    • Work closely with senior leaders to identify, develop, and enhance leadership capabilities
    • Coach and advise leaders and managers on people leadership
    • Advise managers on complex HR and employee relations issues including PIPs and investigations
    • Streamline People interactions and drive consistent People messaging
    • Guide strategic business decisions and execute changes
    • Work with department heads on organizational design and team optimization
    • Handle and resolve employee relations matters and conduct investigations
    • Partner with Legal team to minimize risks
    • Guide, support, and train managers on leadership principles and employee programs
    • Partner with L&D to develop training programs for managers
    • Refine performance processes and support leaders on team performance
    • Oversee execution of PIPs and Development Plans ensuring compliance and fairness
    • Partner with People Experience, People Services, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams
    • Support development and implementation of strategic people programs

    Nice to Have

    • Experience supporting organizations through rapid growth, scaling, or transformation
    • Experience building or supporting remote-first or async-first cultures across globally distributed teams
