    Requirements

    • Genuine passion for artificial intelligence beyond product feature delivery with evidence of driving internal organizational change.
    • Proven experience in service-delivery or complex operational business where data strategy impacts workflows and stakeholders.
    • Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems development, platform services infrastructure, or system architecture.
    • Deep technical track record in distributed data systems, MLOps pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
    • Documented success building, testing, and scaling complex asynchronous data structures, machine learning routing layers, or high-volume API integrations.
    • Ability to view organization holistically and design data and AI solutions optimizing entire workstreams.
    • Proven track record of driving internal adoption for major technology or workflow shifts and guiding operational transitions.
    • Familiarity with model validation systems, technical anomaly logging, data pipeline health metrics, and automated governance frameworks.
    • Reliable home internet connection and fluency in written and spoken English.

    What You'll Do

    • Drive the company-wide AI agenda by scaling local AI initiatives into centralized production systems that create measurable business value.
    • Own broad, high-impact AI initiatives with cross functional impact to execute a company operational transformation.
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, and operational leaders to embed AI capabilities into customer-facing platform, internal workflows, and core processes.
    • Serve as the ultimate technical authority for data and AI infrastructure, making architectural decisions across MLOps pipelines, LLM orchestration frameworks, and distributed data systems.
    • Oversee development of a scalable corporate data platform foundational for AI and machine learning capabilities.
    • Transform internal knowledge base by building data architecture to turn unstructured information into intelligent, searchable, actionable assets.
    • Re-build and evolve company-wide data structures and connectivity pipelines optimized for AI model deployment and cost efficiency.
    • Set company-wide tooling standards, maintain technical quality guardrails, and establish engineering best practices for embedded AI specialists.
    • Support implementation of local AI solutions by decentralized specialists with centralized platform support.
    • Maintain high levels of ethical compliance ensuring AI initiatives adhere to data privacy, platform security, and ethical standards.
    • Educate and empower teams to scale their own AI use productively with structural frameworks.
    • Partner with People and Operations to champion organizational AI capability and provide technical training.
    • Drive organizational change management and literacy to shift workflows from manual to AI-assisted operations.
