Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in product or UX design in complex, data-heavy B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- •4+ years of formal people management experience, ideally with distributed teams
- •Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with GenAI tooling
- •Strong knowledge in designing for non-linear user journeys, asynchronous AI states, and conversational/agentic interfaces
- •Reliable home internet connection
- •Fluent English language skills
What You'll Do
- •Lead and scale a high-performing team of Product Designers and UX Researchers
- •Define clear career ladders, provide coaching, and elevate execution in UX research and interaction design
- •Drive adoption of AI and automated tooling within the design lifecycle
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance user experience with AI
- •Modernize Design Ops and scale global design system
- •Align UX strategy with business growth and technical feasibility
- •Establish design principles for responsible AI, transparency, and data privacy
Nice to Have
- •Experience in compliance-heavy, highly regulated industries (Fintech, HRTech, LegalTech)
- •Experience mapping complex service blueprints where software and human service operations overlap
