    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in Product Management including 5+ years in leadership managing other Product Managers
    • 4+ years of experience in HR tech, EoR, payroll, compliance, or B2B SaaS
    • Ability to set and communicate product vision and strategy at product or business-unit level
    • Strong systems thinking skills to turn complex regulations into scalable product workflows
    • Proven people leadership skills including coaching and developing Product Management talent
    • Experience leading multi-layered product organizations
    • Track record of hiring and developing high-caliber talent
    • Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills
    • Hands-on experience with AI-powered and automation-driven product initiatives
    • Highly data-driven with strategic and analytical capabilities
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with ownership-driven mindset
    • High standards for quality, ethics, and transparency
    • Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments balancing speed, quality, and sustainability
    • Reliable home internet connection
    • Fluent English language skills

    What You'll Do

    • Own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the full employer of record (EoR) lifecycle
    • Serve as the strategic leader of the core business spanning customer-facing workflows, internal tooling, and employee-facing experiences
    • Treat the entire customer journey as a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding
    • Apply creativity and first-principles thinking to solve customer and operational problems
    • Lead and develop a team of product managers
    • Set direction across multiple Product Development teams
    • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives requiring collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-To-Market
    • Drive prioritization across the product balancing new features, regulatory requirements, tech debt, and operational improvements
    • Translate product strategy into execution with clear roadmaps, outcomes, and success metrics
    • Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to deliver scalable solutions
    • Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, and Legal to shape company strategy
    • Represent the EoR and connected areas at the strategic leadership level
    • Use data and insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
    • Contribute to the wider Product organization and shape best practices
    • Foster an AI-first culture within the Product organization
    • Build, inspire, and retain a high-performing remote-first Product team
