Requirements
- •1–3 years of experience building automation workflows (n8n or similar)
- •Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and data flows
- •Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) in workflows
- •Ability to build and debug multi-step workflows with conditional logic
- •Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical partners
- •Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for code-based automation steps
- •Reliable home internet connection
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
What You'll Do
- •Build, ship, document and improve AI automation workflows using n8n and complementary tools
- •Maintain automations with error handling, retries, alerts, and logging
- •Ensure AI reliability, safety, and data security in workflows
- •Support teams in adopting and sustaining automations
- •Define best practices and improve n8n usage across teams
Nice to Have
- •Basic SQL for querying or inspecting data
- •Exposure to RAG concepts or working with structured and unstructured data sources
- •Experience integrating common SaaS tools (CRM, data, support, collaboration)
- •Experience with other automation tools apart from n8n (Zapier, Make, etc)
- •Experience with SaaS ecosystem tools (Slack, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc)
