Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Educate and guide customers about offboarding processes and local requirements
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, HR, finance, product, and legal teams to resolve queries
- •Respond to and resolve customer requests using tools like Zendesk and internal resources
- •Maintain and develop self-service tools and knowledge bases for customers and internal teams
