    Requirements

    • 2 years of hands-on experience in a support or administration role in HR or People function
    • Empathic and human-centred approach to customer support

    What You'll Do

    • Educate and guide customers about offboarding processes and local requirements
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, HR, finance, product, and legal teams to resolve queries
    • Respond to and resolve customer requests using tools like Zendesk and internal resources
    • Maintain and develop self-service tools and knowledge bases for customers and internal teams
