Requirements
- •3+ years experience in HR or customer-facing role for HR SaaS platform

What You'll Do
- •Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to Customers and Team Members
- •Be the key point of contact for Customers and Team Members during onboarding
- •Provide explanatory documentation and answer questions about Oyster
- •Organize meetings with Customers and Team Members
- •Manage custom requests and escalations during onboarding
- •Support contract customization operations
- •Create and update onboarding process documentation
- •Follow team processes and best practices
- •Ensure accurate capture and processing of customer information
- •Maintain accurate data on the Oyster platform
- •Provide feedback and maintain customer self-service tools and internal knowledge sources
- •Keep up to date with product releases and global employment regulation changes
- •Complete ongoing upskilling to meet KPIs
Nice to Have
- •3+ years in a customer success role with onboarding ownership on HR SaaS platform
- •Knowledge of employment practices in more than one country
- •Ability to speak languages other than English fluently
