Requirements
- •Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- •Pragmatic engineering mindset focusing on results and user impact
- •Proactive and outcome-oriented approach
- •Strong communication and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- •Experience with Node.js / NestJS at scale and event-driven design
- •Knowledge of REST API architecture including versioning, pagination, error models, authentication, rate-limiting
- •Full-stack awareness of state management and latency budgets
- •Understanding of distributed-systems fundamentals such as concurrency, ordering, retries, data consistency
What You'll Do
- •Design, maintain, and evolve backend services and APIs connecting Phantom Cash to blockchains
- •Balance reliability, quality, and speed in backend development
- •Communicate clearly across pods and document rigorously
- •Elevate engineering standards through execution and mentorship
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Kubernetes, AWS ops, CI/CD, observability, on-call ownership
- •Deep interest in crypto and knowledge of ecosystem changes, wallets, protocols, and security norms
- •Previous hands-on experience in crypto or fintech
- •Understanding of smart-contracts and protocol interactions
- •Blockchain integration experience, preferably Solana or EVM
- •Experience shipping high-quality products in mature engineering organizations
