Requirements
- •5+ years of backend experience building large-scale, high-availability systems
- •Experience building and optimizing modern ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions
- •Experience with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Kafka, redis, PostgreSQL
- •Experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability/monitoring solutions
- •Familiarity with on-chain data, wallet integrations, or decentralized application patterns
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a lean team
What You'll Do
- •Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using modern data stack
- •Drive initiatives to implement data quality frameworks and observability solutions
- •Build systems capable of handling millions of requests per day with high availability and low latency
- •Design and maintain efficient data models and schemas
- •Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into backend platform solutions
- •Work with the team to foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire
