Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Define and evolve brand creative design strategy
- •Manage, mentor, and grow a team of brand designers
- •Oversee creative development and production of campaigns, product launches, brand activations, and content
- •Build and enforce brand guidelines
- •Partner with marketing, product, comms, and leadership to align brand creative with business objectives
- •Bring forward fresh ideas and breakthrough creative
- •Use feedback, insights, and performance data to refine creative strategies
