Requirements

- •Strong UX collaboration with Design and PM
- •Ownership mindset from definition to delivery to quality
- •Previous experience working in fintech or crypto environments
- •Experience shipping high-quality products in high-caliber software development organizations

- •Deliver exceptional UX quality with crisp visuals, smooth transitions, and intuitive flows
- •Ship fast and iterate pragmatically
- •Ensure reliability, testing, and performance
- •Communicate effectively with designers, PMs, and backend engineers
- •Own core user experiences to make the product feel world-class and trustworthy
