Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Own end-to-end production for campaigns, product launches, cultural drops, and major brand moments
- •Build timelines, scopes, budgets, and production plans across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential
- •Manage intake and prioritization across Creative, Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing
- •Lead external agencies, production partners, creators, and vendors from pitch through final delivery
- •Ensure everything shipped meets Phantom's craft bar and stays consistent with brand
- •Build simple, repeatable systems for reviews, approvals, and resourcing
- •Spot risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving
- •Support the brand refresh and help roll out the updated identity across surfaces
- •Help shape how the brand creative org runs as it scales
- •Partner with Brand Creative and Product leadership to define creative direction, formats, and expressions, translating strategy into clear briefs
- •Establish and uphold Phantom’s creative standards across channels, pressure-testing ideas for craft, feasibility, cultural relevance, and brand fit
- •Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas, navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, and craft, and evolve partners, formats, and models as the brand and product ecosystem grow
