Requirements
- •1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting ops
- •Super organized and detail-oriented
- •Curious and resourceful — you figure things out quickly
- •Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- •Strong communicator (clear, concise, and candidate-friendly)
What You'll Do
- •Hunt down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- •Build and nurture pipelines we can tap into now and later
- •Run market maps to understand where top talent lives
- •Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles and refine searches
- •Keep a pulse on pipeline health and sourcing performance
- •Help keep interviews running smoothly (scheduling, comms, logistics)
- •Own data hygiene in our ATS (clean data = better hiring)
- •Spot inefficiencies and help us tighten up our recruiting processes
- •Pull basic reports and share insights on what’s working / not working
- •Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a small, fast-moving team
